Metal bending

Sheet metal bending is performed with the use of advanced machines specially adapted for the process. Bending machines ensure optimal force distribution over the entire length of a sheet, making the process precise. Depending on a customer’s needs, we can bend sheets of mild and stainless steel, aluminum, brass and copper up to 10 mm thick. Due to many years of experience in the sheet bending process, we are able to fulfill even the most complex solutions required by our customers, as well as to produce the desired product from start to finish. Metal sheet parts production works are carried out with the use of new-generation computer-controlled CNC equipment, which allows to produce bent items up to 3m long and 0.5–10.0mm thick. Smaller (shorter) parts can be bent up to 20.0 mm thick. We use our own or the customer’s material. We can offer sheet metal products in various colors and finishes, smooth or profiled sheet metal. We accept individual and serial orders. We consult and may offer suggestions. Our production site is located in Kaunas, however, the products made by us are used in all over Lithuania and different foreign countries.

Metal bending is performed with the use of state-of-art equipment.

We use modern programmable CNC machines by TRUMPF and LVD for metal bending.

Bending options:

• Bending length up to 4000 mm;
• Bending force up to 170 tons.
